Why

Benevolink is a CRM platform for Encompass, a non-profit who needed the ability to manage donor relationships, track donation goals, and maintain a clear overview of tasks and upcoming events. The objective was to present information-dense screens without causing cognitive overload, balancing power and ease of use. I focused on clear, easily scannable layouts to provide quick access to pertinent information. The final product is a clean, approachable design, underpinned by intuitive UI and UX, making donor management an efficient and even enjoyable process for the Encompass team.
